Before reporting an issue
TraderMap requires iOS/iPadOS 16 or later, or tvOS 16 or later, and an internet connection for live data. Market sources can occasionally be delayed or unavailable.
- Confirm the device is online
- Close and reopen TraderMap
- Try another symbol or page
- Confirm your app and operating system are current

What to include
Open a GitHub issue and identify the target: TraderMap (iOS/iPadOS) or TraderMapTV (tvOS). Include the app version, device model, operating-system version, selected language, steps to reproduce and screenshots if useful.
- Remove personal or confidential information from screenshots
- Never post passwords, API tokens, seed phrases or private keys
- Do not post private trading or financial records
